SALT N SEA

We loved this place! The location was SO close to beach access and we loved the decorations, atmosphere and space in this house. The management company was very helpful, quick to respond and kind. My only recommendation would be to consider having access to drawer/dresser space in the bedrooms so that we could unpack our clothes during a long stay. We would love to come back and stay at "The Blue House" again!

Located on a canal, very close to the beach and gas station. About a 12 minute drive to Walmart/Kroger. House is clean and well kept. Made contact with Keithel and she was a pleasure to work with. She made some very good recommendations on what to do and were to eat.

Salt N Sea was a nice place to stay and close to all amenities. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. However the couch covers were made of dingy denim which made them look dirty. Fortunately we didn’t sit in that area much because we were doing other activities. The price was right. It was a good experience.

Upon arrival the door was rotted by the lower hinge making it hard to shut, a chair on the upper deck was broken and almost looked hidden, the laundry room closet door was barely hanging on and when we went to open it it fell off, there was a large glass figurine in the cabinet broken, the shower rods are rusted so if you put your towel over it it is dirty, lamp in living room didn’t work, the cot in the bedroom closet was thrown in there along with the cover and sheets all in the closet floor (we didn’t use them). However the ac worked great, it was in a great location, the property was clean just needed some clean up and repair of broken items.

It was wonderful experience, perfect getaway

It was clean on arrival and everything work well, however the washer and dryer didn’t seem to work all that well, you had to restart the dryer several cycles before clothing would fully dry. There could have been more outdoor lighting by the water, it made fishing at night difficult without a lantern. A piece of the stair railing came loose on the second day there and someone was sent to fix it almost immediately. Overall it was a good stay, good location, and good time! Would return

Us gals had a marvelous time staying at Salt N Sea. The perfect size for 3 older gals (Sisters and Mom) getting away for a break. The purple martins put on a show every night! The staff was extremely responsive to all of our requests. The location was perfect! The layout of the house suited us very well. We ate dinners out so we didn't need most of the kitchenware - but it's good to know that it was available. Valerie and her staff were most accommodating.

The house has a very good location, it is in front of the canal and the beach at a very short distance, 2 minutes by car. t
The upper terrace is spectacular, with view to the canal it has a table with benches, lounge chairs and beach chairs. On the terrace below there is also a table with benches, beach chairs and a barbecue.
The house is very nice decorated with a beach theme, and it was very clean. The kitchen is super equipped, it has everything you might need. The neighbors are very nice. Communication with the landlord was fast and effective. The internet is very good and fast and allows you to do home office and online university classes. The only thing missing are towels for the beach.

This home is in new condition and everything worked like it should. We had a family of 5 plus one extra kid and had plenty of room. The second floor deck is large and is higher than most of the homes around it so it has a very good view. We would definitely stay here again.

Pest problems. Roaches and ants were plentiful.
House was in decent shape.

Very Fun Time. Beautiful Place!

This home is wonderful! It is very comfortable and clean. The location is great! It has everything you need for a few days or longer. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pier makes fishing easy. Sitting on the deck upstairs is relaxing. We definitely recommend this house!

We had a great time on our stay in Jamaica Beach. The house was clean and a perfect location for beach and kayak fishing in the canals. The only complaint I have is that we had to provide our own toilet paper, papertowels, and dishwashing detergent.

The home was updated, clean, decorated well and had all the basics to make meals. We especially enjoyed the grills, water toys, deck, sitting area and fishing from the canal. Overall, check in was a breeze and our family really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful time at a wonderful house! The house was perfect, cute as can be. The only thing that made it better was the friendly neighbors, they made us feel right at home.
