It was wonderful. The house was a great size for our group. It was clean and newly remodeled. The furnishings and decor were also nice. The rental company was by far the best I have ever used. We plan to come back!

The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities'. The linens were clean and the towels were soft. The easy walk to the beach, store and shrimp shack provided us with all we needed once we settled in.

There was some dust in out of the way places. The fire alarm kept going off all hours of the day and night. They came and replaced the batteries but it continued just not as often. Otherwise no bugs. Nice walk to beach. Reasonable accommodations for the price. Would recommend if fire alarm was not an issue.

The place was clean & just perfect for a long weekend away! The location is great access to the beach, community pool (you have to pay small admission fee) & a coffee shop/wine bar + some other food places. The rental staff was super friendly & easy to work with. Especially when my son locked lots of the doors & we needed them to come help us get back into the rooms. Will definitely be back to the area & use Wolverton again!

Great rental. Clean, well equipped. Easy access to beach.

First off let me start off by saying that the rental company is prompt with answering questions. When I was trying to find a beach home that would take our fur baby, most company/owners took days to answer my inquiry; some inquires went unanswed. Wolverton answered within a few hours! Aside from that what made this stay special was the fact that my dog was accepted into the owners home. My dog is an American Bulldog and weighs over 100# and most places would not take him. The house was clean inside with the exception of a few spiders here and there; understandable as the house had been vacant for a few months. Also the wifi was good enough for both my son and I to work remotely. This house will definitely be out go to beach house; especially because our dog Spartacus is welcome.

Home was very nice and clean - property description was very accurate. Perfect floor plan for our family of 4. Great location - we could walk or drive to the beach. Management was very responsive.

The place was dirty, the first thing i saw was the front door which was disgusting. They did not vacuum very well, sheets on the bed were bare thin, king size bed comforter had stains and cigarette holes in it. The cleaning people did the very minimal. I took photos if you are interested.

We had a great relaxing vacation at Jamaica Beach. The beach was not crowded and it was nice and clean. Jamaica Breeze is a lot for the money. It is modern and clean. Located in a quiet subdivision. Highly recommend.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our son, his wife & our grandchildren. We all had a great time. Two years ago we stayed at this same beach house. Also enjoyed the swimming pool.
The Lifeguards there are excellent. It is a great place to ride bikes and we really love that area to ride.

We had a great stay at Jamaica Breeze! The house exceeded our expectations and the Wolverton Resort Rentals staff were extremely helpful. They helped us to get checked in early, and after we checked out we realized we had left a few items behind at the house which they promptly overnighted to us.

For a family of 4 this is perfect. The inside was up to date and the layout is perfect. The only minus is the outdoor furniture is in need of being replaced. The elements take their toll quickly on metal furniture. Other than that it was very worth the money to stay in a great spot. Management company was very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed the 65" screen TV in the living area, need one in big bedroom also. The reclining chair/sofa was awesome. The beach was in walking distance from the house, but we rented a golf cart for the experience. The house has 3 bedrooms, more than what we needed and the bed was so comfortable. Very creative decor, nice, clean and loaded. The deck squeeks. My husband says they should have use long screws insead of nails on the deck. Ice maker on the fridge doesn't work properly. We loved our stay.

What a relaxing time. We had the perfect getaway in Jamaica Beach. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and each afternoon we went to the pool. We also enjoyed the flavor of Galveston from shopping on the strand to walking on the sea wall. We grew up in Beaumont but now live in Arkansas. So to visit some of the places we enjoyed as we grew up was nice. The cabin is so comfortable. My husband and I were with my youngest daughter and her family. It fit the six of us perfectly. Highly recommend this beautiful quiet location. We will revisit soon

Everything went great and the house was just like the pictures. Nice beach across the street.

love the beach house, 1 block walking distance from the beach and the neighborhood was lovely. we stayed a week there would love to have stayed more, yes we would love to rent this place again for future visits to the coast.

The property was great. Pretty good location. Not a far walk to the beach at all. The house was beautiful, equipped as described, comfortable and a very nice place to stay.
After we got home & all but 2 of our Group of 13 are now sick with either, sinus infections, ear infections, or diarrhea & vomiting, discovered that the beach was contaminated from some kind of spill or leak. This has no reflection on the property or property owners, but is a HUGE disappointment and deterant. It should have been posted somewhere. We had 3 young children with us & that could be very bad.
We would recommend the property but warn about getting into the water.

Woolverton was very easy to deal with. Overall, we had a nice stay. The house is relatively new and in good condition. I thought the open space area was small for a 3 bedroom house. It's an open concept with the kitchen. Kitchen is modern and reasonably well equipped. The only issues we experienced were related to electrical. One night after returning from dinner, we had some lights that were out. It was 10pm and I called the after hours number, but didn't get a response. Most of the lights were working the next day, but we did have some outlets in the kitchen that were not hot. I would recommend to the owner of the property to check this out. Otherwise, the house was nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. As for activities, we own a boat, which generally occupies a lot of our time. We also flew over the island with a private pilot out of the local airport. His name is Lince Aviation, a retired Airborne Ranger. We also recommend Nate's for a good, casual meal.

This was a nice very convenient place to stay. Only downside, no wireless available.

May vacation rental was excellent. My family and I had a great time we had so much fun.
